HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?
Just shop PensAndLeather.com and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or MasterCard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order -- it’s that easy
Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the order value must be between $35 and $1000.
ARE THERE EXTRA FEES WHEN I USE AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is always zero interest. You pay nothing extra when you pay on time, according to your payment schedule. The only fees are late fees for missed payments.
IS THERE A MINIMUM THAT I MUST SPEND IN ORDER TO USE AFTERPAY?
Your cart must exceed $35 in order to use Afterpay at checkout.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN SPEND ON A SINGLE TRANSACTION USING AFTERPAY?
Yes, your bag value must be between $35 and $1,000 to use Afterpay with PensAndLeather. Your first order, however, may have a lower maximum value. You will receive an instant approval decision on your order at checkout. Afterpay and PensAndLeather are committed to responsible spending and not all orders will be approved.
CAN I USE AFTERPAY IF I’M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?
Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, a US Visa or MasterCard (credit or debit card), and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR USING AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is only offered to customers over the age of 18.
WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PURCHASE USING AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards or e-Gift cards and may be unavailable on additional products. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
Customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are due every 2 weeks in equal installments and will be drawn from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early.
You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN A PAYMENT IS DUE?
Afterpay sends payment reminders via SMS and email prior to payments becoming due. It is also easy to view your orders and payment schedules on Afterpay.com or in the Afterpay App.
CAN I PAY EARLY?
You can make payments anytime before your due date. If you’d like to make payments before your scheduled pay dates, you can do so through your Afterpay account. Just select the installment you’d like to pay early and hit "Pay Now."
WHAT IF I CAN’T PAY AN AFTERPAY INSTALLMENT?
If you do not make a payment when due or funds are unavailable, you will be charged a $8 late payment fee. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. CAN I MOVE OR CHANGE PAYMENT DUE DATES FOR AN ORDER?
To request an adjusted payment schedule, contact Afterpay’s Customer Service team and the team will review your account to determine eligibility. Not all requests can be accommodated.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE AFTERPAY?
Afterpay orders are delivered within our standard shipping time frames like any other order from PensAndLeather.com.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED USING AFTERPAY?
Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Please visit our returns & exchanges page on how to return items. Please note, refunds for Afterpay will first be refunded from PensAndLeather to Afterpay, and then to you. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund. Have more questions about Afterpay returns? CAN I EDIT OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Once Afterpay has approved an order, additional items cannot be added. PensAndLeather is able to issue partial refunds through Afterpay if items are not in stock or cannot be fulfilled for any reason.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Refunds for customers using the Afterpay payment option will follow <>’s standard return policy and will first be refunded from PensAndLeather to Afterpay, and then to the customer. For this reason, we do not offer an exchange or cash refund for Afterpay orders.
Afterpay will only process refunds following (1) the issue of a refund request via the Merchant Portal or (2) the issue of a refund request via your direct ecommerce integration.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Once Afterpay has approved an order, order details cannot be modified, and items cannot be added to the order. We encourage customers to place a new, and separate order if they would like to add additional items to their purchase.
PensAndLeather can issue full or partial refunds for any reason.
DECLINED ORDERS
Afterpay is committed to supporting responsible spending and they do not approve all orders. If an order fails Afterpay’s order assessment criteria, the customer will be directed back to our website’s checkout page with a notification that the order has been declined. The customer can then attempt to complete the purchase using a different payment method.

I can’t find the product I am looking for. How can I search for it?
A search feature is located on the top right of the navigation bar available on every page. You can begin your search by typing in the product name, the item number or simply type what you are looking for.
Is on-line ordering really secure?
Absolutely! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. PensAndLeather's servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with most of today’s browsers. Only PensAndLeather can read the encrypted information sent to us.
How do I place an order with PensAndLeather?
PensAndLeather strives to make it as easy as possible for you to order. When shopping online with PensAndLeather, simply add an item to your order from any product page by selecting a size, a color, a quantity and clicking “Add To Cart”. Then, follow the on-screen directions. We do accept international orders online.
What should I expect to happen once I place my order?
When your order is received, it will be processed within 24 hours, an email confirmation is sent to you immediately. Check your spam folder if you did not receive it in your in-box.
We will send you an e-mail notification for items that have sold-out or went on back-order.
What if I have a problem with my order?

Is monogramming available on products I buy online?
Monogrammed and personalized items are unfortunately not available at this time, we are working on it and hope to offer this service in the near future.
Which credit cards/form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. In addition you can pay with PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, AfterPay and Shopify.
When are credit cards charged for an order?
Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed. This is also the case for back-ordered items.
Does PensAndLeather ship to locations outside the U.S.?
PensAndLeather can ship select items world-wide, please contact us for more info (include product info details such as the Name and SKU or Product ID).
For all international orders, duties
and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be billed by your carrier upon delivery.
What if my billing address is different than my shipping?
We suggest that you sign up using your billing address as your primary address. If you need to ship an order to an address other than the billing address, you can do so during the order process.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. Check your spam folder if you did not receive it within a few minutes in your inbox.
Does PensAndLeather have a mailing list?
Yes we do, you can sign up using the Newsletter link to receive regular updates on our latest products, sales and upcoming events.

Q: Will I be charged at the time the order is placed?
- Yes, our system is unfortunately only able to charge the payment at the time the order is placed.
Q: Will I be notified when the item is back in stock?
- Yes, we will update your order with the tracking number once the item is back in stock and ready to ship.
Q: Can I cancel my Pre-Order if I changed my mind?
- Yes, as long as the order has not been processed for shipping we can cancel and refund you in full.
